30 NCAC 10D .0303          INVESTIGATIVE REPORT

Upon completion of the investigation, Commission staff shall prepare an investigative report that contains the following:

(1)           the allegations;

(2)           investigative facts and findings;

(3)           relevant statutory provisions;

(4)           disposition options;

(5)           if relevant, possible sanctions; and

(6)           any response from the respondent.
